Returns & Refunds Policy
At Trailhead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return unused items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Order ID must be provided.
To initiate a return, please email us at eoin@trailhead.ie with your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or damaged item).
- If the item was part of a bundle or promotion, partial refunds may not be possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at eoin@trailhead.ie with details and a photo (if applicable).
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is being returned due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you the postage costs.
